You may use GotchaMath for personal learning in accordance with these terms and the applicable product instructions. A parent or guardian should manage setup and supervise a student’s use.

Do not use GotchaMath to break the law, interfere with the service, or infringe another person’s rights.

GotchaMath provides educational explanations and practice tools. It may make mistakes, and students should review explanations and checked answers rather than treating them as a substitute for a teacher or other qualified guidance.

AI-assisted features may rely on a separate AI provider and account chosen by a parent. Use of that provider is subject to its own terms, and its availability or output is outside our control.

GotchaMath offers two free saved problems and a US$49 one-time purchase. The free allowance is shared across samples and custom questions on this Mac and is not replenished by a library reset or restore. A license is required for additional problems, library import, export, and deletion.

Purchasing is not yet enabled on this site. The displayed price does not create a completed purchase. Device limits and any license expiry follow the purchased Polar entitlement. Activation and periodic license checks require internet access; cached paid access lasts at most seven days and never beyond a known expiry.

AI provider service costs are separate. A one-time purchase does not promise lifetime updates or perpetual availability of third-party services.

GotchaMath and its content are owned by Forthright Tech LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. The Mac installer is available from the home page.

GotchaMath is provided as an educational tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every explanation, answer, or feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.
